Strategic planning refers to the deep, long term work needed to clarify your group or projects purpose and vision, points of strength and of struggle, and pathways forward. This may be needed as a new effort gets going, or as part of a periodic pause and evaluation to ensure you're working in a manner that is effective and true to your purpose.

 

Strategic planning services include in-depth prep work to understand your group or projects history, where you are now, and where you dreams to go; guiding your group through one or several days (or weeks!) of intensive planning work; and the development of reports and action plans that will help you feel clear, centered, and on track.

We need resources and funding to maintain and grow our important work.

Services include research and identification of grants that can support your work; writing and editing grant applications; and compiling grant reports to showcase your impact and progress.

Facilitation services are available for workshops, events, and team and coalition meetings. Services include organizing agendas and logistics; shepherding participants through impactful discussions and activities; and providing follow up documentation, notes and action plans.

We believe that strong facilitation support can make all the difference in achieving strong gatherings in which people feel heard and understood, difficult conversations are handled with bravery and skill, and the outcomes and next steps are clear.

Program design services are meant to support groups or projects that need a little extra help getting organized and clear - such as developing the language, guiding documents, procedures, action plans, and structures that make it easier to do our best work!

 

Evaluation services include both creative collaboration to look critically at your programs, your sucesses, and ways to overcome points of struggle or tension - as well as formal external evaluation services and reporting that may be required as part of certain funding opportunities.
